Job Description

Snapmint is looking for a Backend Developer (SDE-II) who is passionate about working closely with product managers and other developers to implement innovative solutions to challenging web development problems. In this role, you will support new and ongoing digital projects, including corporate and client microsites, integrations with data and marketing platforms, and automation initiatives. You will also ensure automated test scripts are delivered for new features. We are seeking a talented Backend Engineer who can analyse problems, recommend solutions, and collaborate closely with our tight-knit product development team.

Requirements

BE/B. Tech.
3+ years of experience working in NodeJS with strong JavaScript knowledge.
3+ years of experience working with PostgreSQL and MongoDB.

Preferred Qualifications

Proven success in communicating with users, technical teams, and senior leadership.
Strong experience in systems architecture design and development
Strong experience building single-page and progressive web applications.
Experience using test-driven development practices.
Ability to efficiently manage and build large, complex web applications.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail.
Ability to mentor the junior developers
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Self-motivated and able to work independently.
Creative thinking to develop innovative business solutions.
Strong project management skills, including managing multiple projects simultaneously.
