Role Overview:

As a Senior Software Development Engineer with 6 - 8 yrs of exp., you will be a technical lead working on critical deliverables for the EP5G management domain. You'll collaborate closely with stakeholders across geographies, design and develop complex features, and contribute to architectural decisions. You'll play a key role in enhancing the velocity of deliverables, expanding the India-based team, and ensuring the successful management of the EP5G solution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and implement complex software features for the EP5G management domain.
• Lead requirement discussions with stakeholders and translate them into technical solutions.
• Peer review code, build automation tests, and ensure high-quality deliverables.
• Debug and isolate production issues, providing quick resolutions.
• Drive architecture and design discussions involving cross-functional teams.
• Break down complex tasks into manageable components and guide team members through execution.
• Mentor junior developers and contribute to team expansion initiatives.

Skills and Qualifications:

Must-Have Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in Go Lang, JavaScript, React / Angular
• Strong knowledge of REST APIs, Kafka, Kubernetes, SQL, and PostgresDB.

Domain Skills:

• Solid understanding of telecommunications and cellular networks.
• Experience in Management Domain (EMS/NMS) is a strong plus.
