You will perform maintenance, enhancements, and/or development work, contributing to the success of the projects and clients. Roles & Responsibilities:- Expected to be an SME, collaborate, and manage the team to perform.- Responsible for team decisions.- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.- Lead the team in implementing best practices for software development.- Mentor junior team members to enhance their skills and knowledge. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP CO Management Accounting.- Strong understanding of financial accounting principles.- Experience in implementing SAP CO solutions for management accounting.- Knowledge of SAP CO integration with other SAP modules.- Hands-on experience in SAP CO configuration and customization. Additional Information:- The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in SAP CO Management Accounting.- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.- A Btech degree is required.
