You will perform maintenance, enhancements, and development work. Your typical day will involve analyzing requirements, designing software solutions, writing code, and conducting testing to ensure the quality of the application. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, participate in code reviews, and contribute to the overall success of the project. Roles & Responsibilities: Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. Responsible for team decisions. Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback. Participate in agile ceremonies and contribute to the continuous improvement of the development process. Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies. Mentor junior team members and provide guidance on best practices. Professional & Technical Skills: Must To Have Skills:Proficiency in Multiplatform Front End Development React. Good To Have Skills:Experience with Redux and TypeScript. Strong understanding of front-end development principles and best practices. Experience in building responsive and accessible user interfaces. Familiarity with RESTful APIs and asynchronous programming. Knowledge of modern web development tools and frameworks. Ability to troubleshoot and debug complex front-end issues. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Additional Information: The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Multiplatform Front End Development React. This position is based at our Chennai office.
