Summary: As a Software Development Engineer, you will engage in a dynamic work environment where you will analyze, design, code, and test various components of application code across multiple clients. Your typical day will involve collaborating with team members to perform maintenance and enhancements, ensuring that the applications meet the evolving needs of users while adhering to best practices in software development. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities and foster a culture of continuous improvement. - Mentor junior professionals, guiding them in their development and helping them navigate challenges. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in .Net Full Stack Development. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Python (Programming Language). - Strong understanding of web development frameworks and technologies. - Experience with database management systems and data modeling. - Familiarity with version control systems such as Git. - Ability to write clean, maintainable, and efficient code. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in .Net Full Stack Development. - This position is based at our Hyderabad office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
