You will also perform maintenance, enhancements, and/or development work in a dynamic environment. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Lead the design and development of software solutions. - Conduct code reviews and ensure coding standards are met. - Troubleshoot and debug software applications. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in IFS Solutions. - Strong understanding of software development lifecycle. - Experience with Agile methodologies. - Knowledge of database management systems. - Hands-on experience with programming languages like Java or C++. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in IFS Solutions. - This position is based at our Hyderabad office. - A 15 years full-time education is required. 15 years full time education
