We're Hiring: Software Engineer L2/L3 Protocol Development Location : Bengaluru / Chennai. Mode: Hybrid Experience : 5+ years Join our team at PalC Networks , where innovation meets deep networking expertise. We are looking for Software Engineers with strong hands-on experience in L2/L3 protocol development to design and build next-gen network solutions. Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain L2/L3 networking protocols such as OSPF , BGP , MPLS , LACP , Ethernet , IP , and IPv6 Work on high-performance networking systems and embedded software Contribute to the design and development of scalable and robust networking features Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including hardware, QA, and systems engineering Skills & Qualifications: Strong hands-on experience with one or more L2/L3 protocols (e.g., OSPF, BGP, MPLS, LACP, Ethernet, IP, IPv6) Proficiency in C/C++ , including experience with multi-threaded or real-time systems Familiarity with Linux networking stack and kernel module development is highly desirable Experience with network device SDKs (e.g., Broadcom, Marvell) is a plus Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced team environment Interested?
