Summary of the Role

You’ll design, develop, and maintain software solutions, applying architectural patterns and design principles to deliver high-quality, scalable products. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams, support peers, and contribute to continuous improvement.

In This Role You’ll

• Analyze user requirements and define specifications for new or enhanced software solutions.

• Design and implement technical solutions, applying software architecture patterns, design principles, and database modeling.

• Develop software in line with organizational standards, ensuring maintainability and scalability.

• Test and maintain software, conducting unit and performance tests, supporting validation, and collaborating on debugging and issue resolution.

• Document your work to ensure clarity and accessibility for relevant teams and stakeholders.

• Support and mentor peers, sharing expertise and contributing to process improvements.

About the Ideal Candidate

• Advanced knowledge of software architecture patterns (e.g., client/server, layered, microservices).

• Experience in requirements engineering, software design principles (OOA/OOD, SOLID), and modularity.

• Proficiency in C++ and object-oriented programming concepts.

• Skilled in collaborating with cross-functional teams and supporting less experienced colleagues.
