About the Role

As an SDE 3 Python Fullstack, you will lead a team of full-stack engineers working on scalable web applications, backend services, and Microservices / cloud-based platforms. You will be responsible for the technical architecture, team leadership, and product delivery, ensuring high performance, security, and scalability.

Key Responsibilities

Engineering Leadership

• Lead and mentor a team of full-stack developers (Python, React.js, Node.js, etc.).
• Drive technical excellence, code quality, and best engineering practices.
• Define and implement scalable system architectures for high-performance applications.

Technical Strategy & Architecture

• Own the end-to-end technical design for Python Fullstack applications.
• Optimize database structures, backend APIs, and frontend performance.
• Ensure microservices-based architecture, CI/CD automation, and cloud scalability.

Team & Project Management

• Hire, mentor, and develop top engineering talent.
• Manage agile development processes, ensuring timely delivery and high quality.
• Collaborate with Product Managers, Designers, and other stakeholders to align technical solutions with business needs.

Technical Stack & Development

• Backend: Python, Django/FastAPI, Node.js
• Frontend: React.js, Next.js
• Databases: PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis
• DevOps & Cloud: AWS, Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines
• Tools: Git, Jira, Elasticsearch, Kafka

Performance & Security

• Optimize system performance, scalability, and reliability.
• Implement security best practices, authentication, and authorization (OAuth, JWT).
• Monitor and improve system observability using logging, monitoring, and alerting tools.
