Job Description

Key Responsibilities 27758
  • Analyze, design, and implement new features.
  • Develop automated tests and maintain supporting tools.
  • Debug, analyze, and resolve software issues.
  • Provide support to non-developer team members and field engineers.
  • Participate in the full software development lifecycle: requirements, design, implementation, testing, installation, and support.

Must-Have Qualifications

  • 5–7 years of software engineering experience.
  • Minimum 5 years in C# development.
  • Strong experience with version control systems (Git preferred).
  • Proficiency in UML modeling.
  • End-to-end SDLC exposure.
  • Product-based company background (current or past).
  • Strong spoken and written English communication skills.
  • Stable career track (minimum 2 years per organization, no job hoppers).
Nice to Have
  • Experience in C++ development.
  • Knowledge of image processing, automation, or robotics.
  • Ability to work independently in small teams.
  • Initiative-driven mindset.
  • Graduates from Tier 1/2 colleges.
