Job Summary

We are hiring an experienced Software Developer who can take ownership of application development, backend processing, APIs, and deployments. You must be capable of handling projects end-to-end including backend logic, frontend integration, database management, payment gateway integration, and production hosting on cloud or VPS.

Candidates without real development experience, hosting exposure, or payment gateway knowledge should NOT apply.

Mandatory Technical Skills (Non-Negotiable)Backend Development

• Deep knowledge of PHP
• Strong experience with Laravel Framework
• Good understanding of backend architecture and design patterns

Database

• Advanced knowledge of MySQL
• Query optimization, indexing, and database design

Frontend & JavaScript

• Strong working experience with React.js
• Good understanding of JavaScript, UI logic, and state management

Server & Hosting

• Must know how to deploy web applications on VPS / Cloud servers

(AWS, DigitalOcean, Hostinger, etc.)

• Experience configuring Apache/Nginx, SSL, firewall
• Handling live production environments

API & Payment Integration

• Strong experience in API development and integration
• Mandatory experience with payment gateways such as:

Razorpay, Paytm, PayU, Stripe, etc.

• Understanding authentication, tokens, and security

Version Control & Code Quality

• Experience using Git
• Writing clean, optimized, maintainable code
• Knowledge of MVC design pattern

Roles & Responsibilities

• Develop, test, and maintain SaaS-based web applications
• Design and implement backend APIs
• Integrate payment gateways securely
• Deploy applications on live servers
• Debug and optimize performance bottlenecks
• Maintain documentation and best practices
• Collaborate with team on architecture decisions
• Fix bugs and improve scalability
• Support production issues when required

Qualification Criteria

• B.Tech / B.E mandatory
• Minimum 3 years of real web/application development experience
• Candidates must show:
• Live websites
• GitHub repositories
• Previous projects

Salary & Growth

• Initial salary may be lower (startup stage)
• Salary increases as projects grow
• Long-term employees get ESOP / SOP
• Growth based on performance, ownership, and delivery

Working Hours

• Monday to Saturday: 10 AM – 7 PM
• Extended hours may be required depending on deadlines
