What You’ll Do
- Build backend services and APIs using Python (FastAPI) or C#
- Implement features and tests for high-performance, data-intensive systems
- Collaborate with peers to review code, solve problems, and ship scalable solutions
- Work with tools like PostgreSQL, Kafka, Redis, and Snowflake
- Apply AI-assisted development tools (e.g., Copilot, ChatGPT) to increase productivity
- Learn from senior engineers and contribute to team growth and quality practices
What You’ll Bring
- 1–2 years of experience building backend software or data platforms
- Strong programming skills in Python or C#, with attention to clean code and testing
- Working knowledge of SQL databases and message queues (e.g., Kafka)
- Clear communication skills—both written and verbal
- Passion for continuous learning and a proactive, problem-solving attitude
Nice-to-Have
- Experience with modern data stacks: dbt, AWS Glue, S3, Dagster, Starburst
- Familiarity with frontend development (React, TypeScript) is a plus
- Exposure to AI-powered developer tools
