Your Role And Responsibilities

We are seeking talented software developers to join a fast-moving team responsible for bringing AI-powered solutions accelerator software to market, based on the watsonx data and AI platform.Your main duties will include designing and implementing new software capabilities while ensuring your code meets high-quality standards through testing and debugging. You will work closely with other developers, designers, and product managers to ensure the software meets user needs.

Required Technical And Professional Expertise

• 3+ years of demonstrated experience developing full-stack enterprise-level software.
• Strong Python development skills and experience with LangChain/LangGraph
• Experience with distributed source control systems such as Git and CI/CD.
• Experience with test-driven development and frameworks.
• Excellent communication skills, team collaboration, and critical thinking.
• Familiarity with working in a DevOps model.
  

Preferred Technical And Professional Experience

• Strong JavaScript / TypeScript skills with a proven track record in delivering capabilities in these languages, experience with Node.js and React.
• Experience working with LLMs and Agentic frameworks.
