Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Lead the design and development of the company’s custom EPR system.

Develop scalable and high-performance backend modules using Python.

Work closely with management and cross-functional teams to understand business workflows and convert them into system features.

Build RESTful APIs, integrate third-party services, and ensure smooth data flow across modules.

Develop modules such as Inventory, Sales, Purchase, CRM, HR, Finance, Production, etc.

Ensure system security, performance optimization, and database efficiency.

Participate in architecture planning, code reviews, and best-practice implementation.

Mentor junior developers and guide the technical development team.

Troubleshoot, debug, and continuously improve the application.
