Job Description Design, develop, troubleshoot and debug software programs for databases, applications, tools, networks etc. Career Level - IC5 Responsibilities As a member of the software engineering division, you will take an active role in the definition and evolution of standard practices and procedures. Define specifications for significant new projects and specify, design and develop software according to those specifications. You will perform professional software development tasks associated with the developing, designing and debugging of software applications or operating systems. Design, develop, troubleshoot and debug software programs for databases, applications, tools, networks etc. BS/MS degrees in Computer Science or Computer Engineering Strong, object-oriented design and coding skills (Java or Python development) Good understanding of Cloud architecture, security, networking, monitoring and deployments Hands on experience on any one cloud – AWS, Azure, Google or Oracle is a must Experience building scalable, highly available and secure distributed multi-tiered systems Experience with relational databases Solid understanding in Rest API development Experience in infrastructure automation through Terraform, Chef, Ansible, Puppet, Packer or similar Experience in operating high-throughput software systems in cloud environments Ability to achieve stretch goals in a fast paced environment.
