We are seeking a dedicated Senior Software Engineer to join our team and ensure the seamless operation and continuous improvement of our Electronic Health Record (EHR) system.We are seeking hands-on Senior Software Engineers that share our passion to serve our cusotmer by providing a comprehensive EHR system that is reliable and scalable. You will be responsible for the ongoing maintenance, support, and improvement of the organization's EHR system. An engineer at any level can have significant technical and business impact here. You will be responsible to lead efforts in designing and building feature, echancments in the interoperability platform that is repsonsible for data exchange between two EHR systems. We believe in ownership and expect you to think long term, mentor, and empower other engineers. As a technical lead you will own the complete SDLC from architecture, development, testing, first class monitoring, to production. You will be part of a team of smart, motivated, diverse people, and given the autonomy as well as support to do your best work. Minimum Qualifications
- BS or MS degree in computer science, or equivalent
- 5+ years of developing and designing services
- Strong grasp of system design fundamentals and OOPS concepts
- Demonstrated ability to write great code in Java, or similar OO languages
- Experience with troubleshooting and debuggging Java services
- Strong desire to make an impact and thrive in collaborative and energetic environments
- Ability to effectively communicate technical concepts verbally and through design aspects
Responsibilities
As a member of the software engineering division, you will assist in defining and developing software for tasks associated with the developing, debugging or designing of software applications or operating systems. Provide technical leadership to other software developers. Specify, design and implement modest changes to existing software architecture to meet changing needs.
