Job Description You will be working as a Soft Skills Trainer at CDA Academy's Kerala, Calicut location. Your role involves designing and delivering engaging training sessions to enhance communication, teamwork, leadership, and interpersonal skills. Your key responsibilities will include creating training content, conducting workshops, providing one-on-one mentoring, and assessing participant progress. Additionally, you will collaborate with other instructors to ensure training materials are in line with organizational goals.
