Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Associate Trainer located in Kochi. The Associate Trainer will be responsible for conducting training sessions on various digital marketing topics, developing training materials and curriculum, providing individual guidance to students, and evaluating their performance. They will also collaborate with other trainers and industry experts to maintain and enhance the quality of the training programs.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Digital Marketing concepts and tools
• Experience in training, curriculum development, and instructional design
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Ability to provide individual guidance and mentorship
• Experience in the digital marketing industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
