Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Softskill Trainer located in Jodhpur. The Softskill Trainer will be responsible for delivering engaging and effective soft skills training sessions to students, developing training materials and content, conducting assessments to evaluate student performance, and providing feedback. The trainer will also collaborate with the team to continuously enhance and update the training programs based on student needs and industry trends.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in communication skills, including verbal and written communication
• Experience in training, public speaking, and classroom management
• Strong interpersonal skills, teamwork, and ability to relate to students
• Knowledge of curriculum development and instructional methodologies
• Bachelor's degree in Education, Training, Communication, or related field
• Relevant certifications in training or soft skills development are a plus
