Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Softskill Trainer based in Jalandhar. The Softskill Trainer will be responsible for developing and delivering training programs to enhance students' communication, leadership, teamwork, and interpersonal skills. Day-to-day tasks include preparing training materials, conducting workshops, assessing student progress, and providing feedback. The trainer will also collaborate with faculty members to ensure the integration of soft skills into the curriculum.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience in training and coaching
• Ability to develop and deliver engaging training programs
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Experience with using training tools and technology
• Bachelor's degree in Education, Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field
• MBA or higher qualification is a plus
