Role and Responsibilities Responsible for NHT batches Excellent written, oral and presentation skills, as well as be proficient in MS Office products (Word, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint) Train new hired Trainees in the area of Customer Service Skills/ Process Knowledge/Product Knowledge etc. (CORE Training. Floor support as per the process requirements Coordination with quality team for TNI & TNA Feedback and session to conduct as per the requirement Manage attrition and throughput . Responsible for refresher Training . Ensure PKT is getting completed on time on floor Required Candidate profile Graduate In Any Discipline Overall 3 years and 1 year as a Soft Skills Trainer in any BPO.
