Soft Skills Trainer

Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Soft Skills Trainer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and delivering training programs that enhance the soft skills of individuals, particularly those with disabilities, including autism. This role requires a strong understanding of effective communication techniques, behavioral health, and the ability to assist and support individuals in various settings. The Soft Skills Trainer will play a crucial role in empowering participants to improve their interpersonal skills, fostering confidence and independence.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement engaging training programs focused on soft skills development, including communication, teamwork, problem-solving, and emotional intelligence.
• Conduct assessments to identify individual training needs and tailor programs accordingly.
• Utilize American Sign Language as needed to facilitate communication with participants.
• Provide direct support and assistance to individuals with disabilities during training sessions.
• Collect data on participant progress and program effectiveness to inform future training initiatives.
• Collaborate with caregivers, educators, and other stakeholders to ensure comprehensive support for participants.
• Create a positive learning environment that encourages participation and growth.
• Stay updated on best practices in behavioral health and support strategies for individuals with autism.

Requirements

• Proven experience in training or teaching roles, preferably in soft skills development or related fields.
• Strong knowledge of working with individuals with disabilities, including experience in direct support or caregiving.
• Familiarity with American Sign Language is highly desirable.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to connect with diverse audiences.
• Experience in childcare or working with children is a plus.
• Ability to collect and analyze data effectively for program improvement.
• A compassionate approach towards assisting individuals in their personal development journey.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
