🔑 Key Responsibilities

🎨 Training & Workshop Facilitation

• Conduct interactive soft skills sessions and DIY-based learning workshops for kids, youth, and corporate teams.
• Facilitate training programs focused on communication, creativity, teamwork, and problem-solving.
• Host and coordinate art & craft activities, team-building sessions, and learning games.
  

🎥 Content & Activity Development

• Help conceptualize and prototype DIY activity kits and learning content.
• Record short training videos, tutorials, and walkthroughs for learners.
• Assist in onboarding new users or participants using engaging training content.
  

🗂️ Event Coordination

• Plan and execute training events and workshops across different cities.
• Handle logistics, materials, and activity setup during programs and events.
• Engage with participants professionally and ensure smooth event flow.
  

✅ Who We’re Looking For

• Excellent communication skills – fluent in both Hindi and English (verbal & written).
• Energetic and confident trainer, teacher, or facilitator who enjoys leading groups.
• Interest or experience in arts & crafts, soft skills, or community learning.
• Organized, self-motivated, and can manage projects independently.
• Creative thinker with a love for hands-on learning experiences.
  

🎓 Preferred Background

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in any field – B.Ed, MSW, MBA HR, Arts, Psychology, etc.
• Teaching or training experience (formal or informal) is a plus.
• Experience with NGOs, schools, EdTech, or skill development centers is highly desirable.
  

🌟 Bonus If You Have

• Experience conducting training/workshops for youth or corporate teams.
• Hand-on creative skills (like art, crafts, puzzles, DIY).
• Experience with activity-based or experiential learning methods.
