Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Soft Skill Trainer located in Kozhikode. The Soft Skill Trainer will be responsible for designing and delivering engaging training sessions focused on communication, life skills, and professional development. Additional responsibilities include preparing training materials, conducting workshops, assessing participant performance, and providing constructive feedback to help learners excel in their personal and professional growth.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Soft Skills, including interpersonal skills, teamwork, and adaptability.
• Proficiency in Communication and Life Skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate learners.
• Experience in Presentation Skills and Training & Development, with a focus on creating impactful sessions.
• Ability to evaluate and measure learning outcomes effectively.
• Relevant certifications or experience in soft skill training will be an advantage.
• A passion for mentoring and guiding individuals toward their career goals.
