We are looking for passionate and dynamic Executive Trainers who are excited to drive transformation at the grassroots level. As a trainer, you will play a critical role in developing the skills, confidence, and employability of rural youth through interactive and immersive training programs.

Key Responsibilities (KRAs)

· Training Delivery: Facilitate high-impact classroom sessions on communication, digital literacy, life skills, and workplace readiness.

· Learner Engagement: Motivate and mentor learners from underserved communities, fostering a positive and supportive learning environment.

· Curriculum Implementation: Execute HHH’s structured training curriculum while incorporating localized, real-world examples to enhance relevance.

· Assessment & Feedback: Conduct regular assessments, provide constructive feedback, and track learner progress against defined goals.

· Reporting & Documentation: Maintain accurate records of training sessions, attendance, learner feedback, and outcomes.

· Continuous Improvement: Participate in internal trainings and contribute to improving training methods, materials, and learner engagement strategies.

Required Qualifications

· Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (Education, Social Work, Humanities preferred but not mandatory)

· Minimum 1–2 years of training/facilitation experience (freshers with strong skills and passion are welcome to apply)

· Proficiency in English communication (spoken and written)

· Good knowledge of MS Office and basic digital tools

· Willingness to relocate to or travel to rural training locations

· Passion for the social impact sector and ability to work with vulnerable communities

Offer Package- 2.5 LPA- 3.6 LPA

Pay: ₹250,000.00 - ₹360,000.00 per year

• Nandurbar, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (Preferred)
