Soft skill training is a comprehensive process that involves teaching, analysing, and developing professionals of all levels in order to better strengthen their core personality traits and competencies. Skilled and experienced soft skill trainers help their trainees learn, apply, and improve their interpersonal, problem-solving, communication, and leadership capabilities, and at the same time develop a curriculum to begin with and improvise and update the same on regular intervals based on the requirement.

Responsibilities

· Designing and developing a comprehensive training curriculum.

· Researching and monitoring the latest industry trends in soft skills training

· Ensuring a smooth execution of the program by liaising with external teams, rack vendors or supporting organizations

· Analyzing and evaluating the trainer programs to make sure they are consistent with the curriculum

· Analyzing and reporting on the efficiency of the training programs

Skills & Requirements

To truly excel in the role of a soft skill trainer, the candidate must possess a range of soft and technical skills, and qualifications such as:

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

· Excellent problem-solving and organizational capabilities

· Highly creative with a passion for learning and teaching

· Be able to motivate, engage and inspire trainees

· Experience in developing and delivering training content

· Minimum college degree in Education, Psychology, Human Resources or related field

· Experience in human resource management or recruiting

· Certifications in core soft skills (leadership, communication, negotiation, etc.)

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
