Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Pune for a Soft Facility Executive. The Soft Facility Executive will be responsible for overseeing facilities operations, managing building maintenance, ensuring customer satisfaction, and communicating effectively with stakeholders. Daily tasks will include coordinating facility maintenance activities, supervising cleaning and housekeeping staff, and ensuring the smooth functioning of building services and amenities.

Qualifications

• Facilities Operations and Facility Management (FM) skills
• Customer Satisfaction and effective Communication skills
• Building Management skills
• Ability to work on-site in Pune
• A proactive and detail-oriented approach
• Prior experience in facility or building management is preferred
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Facility Management, Business Administration, or a related field
