About the role

We are looking for a social media professional who can manage social media end-to-end from planning content strategy and deciding what to post, to designing creatives, writing captions, and ensuring overall content consistency.

The role also involves basic in-house content capture, such as clicking photos or short videos during office events or activities for social media use.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and execute social media content strategy
• Decide content themes, post ideas, and formats
• Create monthly and/or bi-weekly content plans
• Design social media posts using Canva
• Write captions with clear messaging and strong CTAs
• Research and apply relevant hashtags
• Adapt content based on platform requirements (Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.)
• Capture basic photos/videos during in-house events or activities
• Track basic performance metrics and refine content accordingly
• Ensure consistency in tone, messaging, and visual identity

Required skills and experience

• 1–3 years of experience managing social media for a brand or business
• Ability to think strategically about content
• Good design sense with the ability to create posts independently
• Comfortable using Canva, Figma, and Photoshop
• Interest in basic photography/content capture (mobile camera is sufficient)
• Good written English communication skills
• Ability to work independently and take ownership

Good to have

• Experience covering office events or behind-the-scenes content
• Basic understanding of framing, lighting, and angles for social media

What this role is not

• Not a professional photography or videography role
• Not limited to posting or scheduling content
• Not focused only on trends or reels

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
