About the Role

We at DMR are looking for a Social Media Strategist who can build and manage a strong social media presence for our clients. This role is not limited to strategy only --it also requires branding, content creation, and being on camera for video shoots/recordings.

Key Responsibilities

. Develop and implement A comprehensive social media strategy across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Linkedln, YouTube, etc.).• Build strong branding concepts and ensure consistent brand identity across channels.• Create content calendars including posts, reels, short videos, and stories.• Be on camera for video shoots and recordings (must be confident in front of the camera).• Stay updated with: social media trends and algorithm changes to adapt strategies.. Collaborate with the marketing team for campaigns and monitor their performance.• Track, analyze, and report social media performance (engagement, reach, conversions, etc.).

Requirements

• Proven experience in social media management and strategy development.•Strong understanding of branding and digital marketing.• Comfortable being on camera (must be able to create and present video content).• Creative mindset with the ability to ideate and execute engaging content.. Familiarity with social media tools (Meta Business Suite, Canva, Buffer, Hootsuite, etc.).• Strong communication skills in both English and Hindi.Benefits. Flexible Work From Home opportunity.
