• Develop Social Media Strategies
• Create and implement effective social media plans aligned with company goals and marketing campaigns.
• Content Creation & Scheduling
• Design and schedule engaging posts (text, images, videos, stories, reels, etc.) across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and others.
• Audience Engagement
• Respond to comments, messages, and queries in a timely and professional manner to build community engagement.
• Monitor Social Media Trends
• Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, hashtags, and technologies to optimize presence and performance.
• Analytics and Reporting
• Track performance metrics (engagement, reach, impressions, followers, etc.) and prepare monthly reports with insights and recommendations.
• Campaign Management
• Plan and execute paid ad campaigns on social platforms, monitor performance, and optimize for best ROI.
• Brand Consistency
• Ensure all content aligns with the brand voice, style, and guidelines.
• Collaborate with Teams
• Work closely with marketing, design, and content teams to support promotional campaigns, product launches, and events.
• Influencer & Partnership Outreach
• Identify and collaborate with relevant influencers, partners, or content creators for co-branded content or promotions.
• Crisis Management
• Monitor and manage brand reputation, addressing negative feedback or social media crises promptly and tactfully.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
