About the Company

SEREKO is India’s 1st Psychodermatology brand that with its unique bend aims to reverse the

effects of Mental stress on the Skin. The company intends to market and sell its D2C brand portfolio,

spanning Topical Skincare products with complementing Nutraceuticals to treat the skincare

concerns instream along with providing surface solutions.


Job Responsibility:

·      The Social Media Specialist will be responsible with the management of SEREKO social media profiles.

·      Implement the social media strategies for building brand awareness, and generating inbound traffic along with product adoption.

·      Set and implement social media and communication campaigns to align with marketing strategies

·      Setting up of various social media channels and maintaining brand consistency.

·      Provide engaging text, image, and video content for social media accounts.

·      Benchmark current trends across social media and create relevant content around the same for the brand.

·      Respond to comments and customer queries in a timely manner.

·      Monitor and report on feedback and online reviews.

·      Organize and participate in events to build community and boost brand awareness.

·      Coordinate with Marketing, PR, and Communications teams to ensure brand consistency.

·      Build relationships with customers, potential customers, industry professionals, and journalists.

  • Identify and build relationships with relevant influencers and agencies
  • Create Influencer collaboration strategies that align with the brand vision
  • Negotiate, manage deliverables, and ensure smooth collaboration with influencers
  • Oversee influencer campaigns from ideation to execution, ensuring they align with the brand’s message
  • Monitor influencer content and measure its impact on brand awareness, engagement, and conversions
  • Build and nurture relationships with the online community through active engagement and responding to comments and messages
  • Facilitate and encourage user-generated content and brand advocacy among followers
  • Collaborate with the creative team to develop and shoot engaging, on-brand content (images, videos, captions, etc.)
  • Write copy for social posts and ensure consistent brand voice across all platforms


Qualifications / Skills:

·      PQE: 0-2 years

·      Passionate about the Skincare and Beauty Category.

·      Experience working with marketing/media agencies.

·      Google analytics, Web analytics.

·      Well-versed in white technologies used in SEO.

·      College in any graduate in discipline, preferably in Fashion Communication or Media Communication.


Budget – 4.8 LPA (Negotiable for exceptional candidates)
