We are seeking a highly experienced, data-driven, and results-oriented Social Media & SEO Manager who has a proven track record of using AI tools to make processes smooth, efficient, and reliable. This is not just a role—it's an opportunity to shape the online success of diverse businesses by translating our design expertise into powerful, automated digital campaigns. You will be the mastermind behind our clients' social media and search engine performance, with a key focus on integrating AI to streamline workflows and maximize impact.

Key Responsibilities:

• AI-Powered Strategy & Execution: Independently manage and execute comprehensive social media and SEO strategies for a portfolio of 10+ clients, using AI automation to enhance content creation, scheduling, and performance analysis.
• AI Tools Management: Implement and manage AI-powered platforms and tools (e.g., for content generation, hashtag research, and competitor analysis) to optimize workflows and boost campaign efficiency.
• Content Creation & Curation: Collaborate with our design team to create compelling, on-brand content (images, videos, written text) and leverage AI to refine and scale content creation efforts.
• SEO Automation: Use AI tools to conduct advanced keyword research, identify technical SEO issues, and automate repetitive tasks like schema markup generation and on-page optimization.
• Data-Driven Reporting: Track, analyze, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) for both social media and SEO, using AI insights to provide clients with actionable, data-driven recommendations.
• Stay Ahead of the Curve: Continuously monitor industry trends, algorithm changes, and the latest AI technologies to ensure our strategies are always cutting-edge and our clients maintain a competitive advantage.

Required Experience & Skills:

• Experience: A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of managing at least 5 to 8+ client accounts simultaneously.
• AI Automation Knowledge (MUST-HAVE): Hands-on experience with AI tools and platforms for social media and SEO.
• Client Communication: Exceptional client-facing skills, with the ability to present strategies and demonstrate the ROI of AI-driven campaigns.
• Technical SEO: Strong knowledge of technical SEO fundamentals (site architecture, schema, Core Web Vitals) and the use of AI to diagnose and solve issues.
• Analytical Mindset: A passion for data and using insights to refine and optimize campaigns.
• Graphic Design Understanding: A keen eye for aesthetics and a solid understanding of how design and AI-generated visuals work together to impact digital performance.
