Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and creative social media & Reputation Management Representative to manage and enhance our clients' online presence. In this role, you'll be responsible for publishing engaging social media content and responding to online reviews across various platforms. You’ll play a key part in maintaining brand voice, building customer trust, and showcasing positive customer experiences.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Create and schedule social media posts for clients across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter/X.
  • Monitor social channels for engagement, comments, and trends relevant to each client’s industry.
  • Respond to online reviews (Google, Yelp, Facebook, etc.) in a timely, professional, and brand-consistent manner.
  • Escalate negative reviews or sensitive feedback to the appropriate internal teams.
  • Collaborate with clients and internal teams to understand brand voice, tone, and content strategy.
  • Maintain content calendars and reporting tools for client accounts.
  • Stay updated on platform trends, best practices, and new tools to improve engagement.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in social media management, customer service, or digital marketing.
  • Strong written communication skills with an eye for tone and detail.
  • Familiarity with major social platforms and online review sites.
  • Ability to manage multiple client accounts and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Creative, proactive, and client-focused mindset.
