Job Description

Job Overview:

We are looking for a highly skilled Digital Marketing Specialist with a strong background in

Social Media Marketing, PPC Campaigns, and Email Marketing. The ideal candidate will

have experience in driving ROI-focused ad campaigns, crafting engaging email workflows

(Mailchimp experience is a plus), and increasing brand visibility across digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

Social Media Marketing:

● Plan, create, and schedule content across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn,

and Twitter.

● Monitor trends, analytics, and engagement metrics to optimize performance.

● Manage and grow social media communities organically and via paid campaigns.

PPC & Paid Ads:

● Create, manage, and optimize Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other PPC campaigns.

● Conduct keyword research, audience segmentation, and competitor analysis.

● Track and report on campaign performance to meet defined KPIs (CTR, ROAS, CPL,

etc.).

Email Marketing:

● Plan and execute email marketing campaigns using tools like Mailchimp (preferred).

● Segment audience lists, A/B test subject lines/content, and ensure high deliverability.

● Analyze campaign performance (open rates, CTRs, conversions) and suggest

improvements.

Required Skills:

● Proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager (Facebook/Instagram), and LinkedIn

Ads.

● Solid understanding of PPC strategy, targeting, bidding, and budgeting.

● Hands-on experience with Mailchimp or similar platforms for email marketing.

● Strong copywriting and visual content skills for ads and emails.

● Ability to analyze data using Google Analytics, Meta Insights, and ad platform

dashboards.

● Familiarity with SEO and marketing automation is a plus.

Qualifications:

● 3 to 5 years of experience in digital marketing roles focusing on PPC and email

campaigns.

● Demonstrable success in managing and optimizing ad spend for performance.

● Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (preferred but not

mandatory).

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹32,580.21 per month
