What You'll Do:

• Plan and schedule organic content across platforms like Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook & Twitter
• Optimize brand pages to boost engagement, impressions, and follower growth
• Run paid ad campaigns on Meta, LinkedIn, and other social platforms to drive traffic and leads
• Collaborate with the creative and content teams to align campaign goals
• Monitor insights, prepare reports, and tweak strategies for better ROI

Requirements:

• Around 3 years of experience in both SMO and social media paid campaigns
• Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads & analytics tools
• Strong knowledge of platform algorithms and performance metrics
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Agency background preferred but not mandatory
