Role Overview

Social Media Manager


Key Responsibilities

Strategy & Planning

  • Develop and own Compunnel’s multi-platform social media strategy, aligned with business goals and AI-first brand positioning.
  • Define platform-specific objectives and build quarterly content calendars with campaigns tied to business priorities.

AI-Driven Innovation & Automation

• Research, pilot, and integrate AI-based tools for:

o Content generation & creative mockups

o Social listening & share-of-voice analysis

o Predictive engagement analytics

o Personalization at scale for ABM outreach

• Be the in-house AI evangelist for social media, ensuring Compunnel leads with intelligence, not just presence.

Content & Creative Leadership

  • Lead content ideation, leveraging AI-driven insights for trending topics, competitor benchmarking, and audience engagement predictions.
  • Collaborate with design, content, and video teams to deliver high-quality copy, creatives, carousels, video reels, thought leadership, polls, and live sessions.
  • Infuse AI + human creativity to craft engaging narratives that balance wit, empathy, and authority.

Analytics & Optimization

  • Build dashboards using HubSpot, LinkedIn analytics, and AI tools to track reach, engagement, lead flow, and ROI.
  • Continuously optimize based on engagement patterns, content performance, and competitor benchmarking.
  • A/B test creatives, CTAs, and campaign formats for maximum impact.

Execution & Distribution

• Own daily execution across social channels with consistency, timeliness, and brand voice.

• Deploy ABM-driven, hyper-personalized content for enterprise outreach on LinkedIn.

• Experiment with AI-assisted creative tools (e.g., Canva AI, Runway, Copy.ai, Jasper) for rapid campaign iteration.

What We're Looking For

  • 5–7 years of experience in

    B2B social media management

    , ideally in staffing, technology, or SaaS.
  • Proven track record in

    LinkedIn-first demand generation and thought leadership

    .
  • Strong grasp of

    AI and MarTech tools

    for social media management, content creation, and analytics.
  • Ability to translate

    business narratives into engaging social storytelling

    .
  • Data-driven mindset with skills in analytics, dashboards, and KPI tracking.
  • Creative thinker with sharp copywriting skills; able to blend

    professional tone with edgy, modern social language

    .
  • Bonus: Experience in employer branding campaigns, C-suite amplification, or ABM-driven content.
