Sofavre Solutions LLP is a fast-growing IT solutions provider, delivering innovative technology services to global clients. We are looking for a creative and energetic Social Media Marketing Trainee to join our marketing team and help us build a strong digital presence.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, creating, and scheduling engaging content for social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, etc.).
• Monitor social media channels, respond to comments/messages, and engage with the online community.
• Work with the design team to develop creatives, reels, and short videos for campaigns.
• Research trending topics, hashtags, and industry updates to enhance engagement.
• Track performance metrics and prepare basic reports on reach, engagement, and follower growth.
• Support in running paid social media ad campaigns when required.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, IT, or a related field
• Basic knowledge of social media platforms and content creation tools (Canva, Photoshop, etc. preferred).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Creativity, attention to detail, and a passion for digital trends.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
