Location : Cambodia Phnom Penh ⸻ Job Title: Social Media Specialist Industry: Food & Beverage (F&B) About the Role: We’re looking for a creative and driven Social Media Specialist to elevate our digital presence across platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook. If you have a passion for storytelling, food, and lifestyle branding, and love creating content that sparks engagement, this role is for you. Key Responsibilities: • Develop and execute social media content calendars across platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, etc.) • Create engaging and visually appealing photo, video, and written content tailored to our target audience • Stay on top of social media trends, viral content, and popular hashtags to keep the brand fresh and relevant • Manage daily activity on social platforms, including publishing content, responding to comments and messages, and engaging with followers • Collaborate with the marketing team to align content with campaigns, product launches, and brand initiatives • Track and analyze performance metrics to refine strategies and boost reach, engagement, and conversions • Coordinate with photographers, designers, and other creatives (as needed) to produce high-quality, on-brand content • Assist with occasional offline marketing initiatives, events, and F&B collaborations Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Visual Arts, or a related field • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in social media management, content creation, or digital marketing • Deep understanding of major social media platforms, especially Instagram and TikTok • Strong creative sense with basic photo/video editing skills • Passion for the food, beverage, and lifestyle space is highly preferred
