We’re now looking for someone who can bring Orimii’s story to life on Instagram, build an engaged community, and make our content as special as our products.

What You'll Own:

• The end-to-end social media presence for Orimii (Instagram-first, but also Facebook & Pinterest)
• Content planning, execution, and performance tracking
• Creative briefs and coordination with design, influencer, and performance marketing teams
• Caption and copywriting that reflects Orimii’s unique tone of voice
• Community engagement: replying to comments and DMs, creating relationships with followers
• Experimenting with reels, trends, and formats to boost organic growth
• Monthly performance reporting and insight sharing

• Are obsessed with Instagram and know what makes a reel stop the scroll
• Have a sharp eye for aesthetics and attention to detail
• Are a great writer who can turn a product benefit into a story
• Are proactive, organised, and take full ownership of your work
• Stay on top of trends and can translate them into relevant content
• Love skincare, motherhood, or women-first storytelling (bonus if you follow content in this space!)
  

What You'll Own:

• Prior experience managing an Instagram account for an online-first brand
• Understanding of influencer marketing and paid media
• Based in or around Kolkata (or looking to relocate to Kolkata)
