Social Media Marketing Specialist Job Type Job Type Full time (On-Site) Qualification (BCA, MCA, BSC.IT, MSC.IT, B.E.CE, BE.IT) Job Summary We don t need another social media guru who posts pretty pictures and calls it a day. We need someone who understands how to make people stop scrolling, feel something, and take action. If you think social media is just about engagement, this isn t for you. If you know how to turn eyeballs into clicks and clicks into revenue, keep reading. What you will do Create execute high-converting social media campaigns that drive actual business results, not just likes. Write killer ad copy that stops people mid-scroll and forces them to care. Spy on competitors and steal their best-performing strategies (then make them better) Run A/B tests on creatives, copy, and audiences until you find the golden formula. Crack the code on TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and emerging platforms before the market saturates. Develop retargeting strategies that bring back lost leads and make them convert. Monitor analytics with the rest of the team to identify viable ideas, trends, and growth patterns to grow insights. Prepare accurate reports on our marketing campaigns overall performance. Understand audience behaviour and create segmentation. Spot trends before they re trends and leverage them before they become stale. Requirements Hands-on experience with Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and YouTube Shorts. Deep knowledge of consumer psychology, behavioral science, and persuasive messaging. Case studies, reports, or previous campaign results that show you can deliver. Familiarity with AI tools and automation to enhance efficiency (but not replace strategy). A mindset that prioritizes results over vanity metrics. Coordinate with advertising and media experts to improve marketing results.
