Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective social media strategies aligned with business goals
  • Manage daily operations of social media accounts across platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, Threads)
Create, schedule, and publish engaging content (text, image, video, stories, reels, etc.)
  • Monitor social media trends, competitor activities, and platform updates
  • Engage with followers, respond to comments/messages, and foster community building
  • Collaborate with designers, copywriters, and video editors to produce creative content
  • Plan and execute paid social media campaigns in coordination with performance marketers
  • Analyze content performance and audience behavior using tools like Meta Insights, Instagram Analytics, and third-party platforms
  • Generate weekly/monthly performance reports and present insights to stakeholders or clients
  • Track KPIs like reach, engagement, CTR, follower growth, and conversions
  • Optimize content and posting strategy based on performance metrics and A/B testing
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams (e.g., sales, product, customer service) to ensure consistent brand messaging
