At Healthus, we build and grow digital-first brands especially in the healthcare and wellness space. We’re hiring a Social Media Specialist to join us on-site, full-time, to lead daily execution for our growing roster of clients.

What You’ll Be Responsible For

-Develop and manage monthly content calendars across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.

-Write clear, engaging, and brand-appropriate captions for reels, carousels, and static posts.

-Work closely with designers and editors to bring campaigns and ideas to life.

-Monitor platform trends and creatively adapt them into content ideas.

-Coordinate directly with clients for inputs, feedback, and approvals.

-Track performance metrics and suggest optimizations based on data.

Must-Have Skills

-2–4 years of hands-on experience managing brand pages (agency or multi-brand experience preferred).

-Excellent copywriting skills tailored to social media audiences and platform formats.

-Familiarity with Meta Business Suite, scheduling tools (like Later/Buffer), and content reporting basics.

-Ability to multitask and prioritize across multiple brands without compromising on quality or deadlines.

-Strong communication and coordination skills both with clients and internal creative teams.

-Comfortable working in an on-site, fast-paced agency setup.

Bonus

-Experience with healthcare, wellness, or service-based brands.

-Understanding of basic content performance metrics and engagement strategies.

-Prior involvement in reel ideation, script support, or campaign execution.
