Job Title: Social Media Specialist

Key Responsibilities

Marketing Support

* Create and schedule social media posts (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, etc.) using tools like Canva and scheduling platforms.

* Respond to comments and messages on social platforms in a timely, professional manner.

* Assist with basic SEO tasks, including keyword research and on-page optimization.

* Help set up and monitor paid ad campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, or LinkedIn Ads).

* Edit short-form videos or reels using basic editing tools (CapCut, Canva, Premiere Pro, etc.).

* Support marketing reports, presentations, and campaign performance tracking.

* Collaborate with team members to develop creative ideas for digital marketing initiatives.

Administrative Support

* Manage and organize the executive’s calendar, appointments, and meetings.

* Handle LinkedIn DMs, follow-ups, and client communication on behalf of the team.

* Maintain and organize digital files, reports, and contact lists.

* Assist in coordinating team tasks, deadlines, and project updates.

Requirements

* Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.

* 2–5 years of experience in a marketing or administrative support role.

* Proficiency in Canva, Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word), and Google Workspace.

* Basic understanding of SEO, social media advertising, and content strategy.

* Strong written and verbal communication skills.

* Highly organized, reliable, and able to manage multiple priorities efficiently.

* Familiarity with LinkedIn and professional networking platforms.
