Role Overview We’re looking for a Social Media Manager to manage and grow our brand’s presence across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and X (Twitter). This role involves strategy, content planning, posting, community engagement, and performance tracking. The ideal candidate understands social media trends, real estate marketing, and how to build authority and trust online. Responsibilities Develop and execute a social media strategy to grow followers, engagement, and reach. Create content calendars aligned with company goals, campaigns, and realtor audience needs. Work with our editing team to repurpose video edits into reels, carousels, and short-form content. Write captions, hashtags, and hooks tailored for real estate professionals. Post consistently and engage with followers (comments, DMs, and community interaction). Analyze social media performance (reach, engagement, follower growth, lead generation) and report insights monthly. Stay updated on trends, algorithms, and real estate marketing best practices. Requirements Proven experience managing social media for brands, agencies, or real estate businesses. Strong copywriting skills, especially for LinkedIn and Instagram captions. Familiarity with design tools (Canva, Adobe Express, or similar) for simple graphics. Basic understanding of paid ads (Instagram/Facebook/LinkedIn) is a plus.
