Social Media Marketing Specialist

We are looking for a creative and driven Marketing Manager to join our team at 1.5 Degrees, Delhi. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in social media marketing and a passion for brand building. This is a full-time, on-site position ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic, startup environment.

·      Develop and execute the social media strategy across platforms like Instagram, LinkedIn, Pinterest, etc.

·      Manage content creation, scheduling, and publishing to boost online presence and engagement.

·      Analyze social media insights to track growth, engagement, and conversions.

·      Collaborate with design and operations teams to maintain brand consistency.

·      Run paid campaigns on Meta and Google Ads to meet growth KPIs.

·      Identify trends and explore influencer collaborations to expand brand visibility.

·      Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

·      2–3 years of proven experience in social media marketing.

·      Hands-on experience with tools like Photoshop, CDR , Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics.

·      Excellent communication and project management skills.

·      Creative thinking and an eye for aesthetics and trends.
