Job Title: Social Media Marketing Manager

Job Summary:

We're seeking a highly skilled Social Media Marketing Manager to develop and implement our social media strategy, create engaging content, and manage our online presence. The ideal candidate will have experience in social media marketing, content creation, and team management.

Roles & Responsibilities:

1. Content Creation: Develop high-quality content, including text posts, videos, and images, for social media pages and websites.

2. Social Media Strategy: Develop and execute social media strategies that align with our organization's brand and goals.

3. Digital Marketing: Manage existing client digital marketing efforts, including website management, SEO, social media management, blog writing, keyword research, backlinking, and website design approval.

4. Training and Team Management: Train new employees and interns, and oversee social media teamwork.

5. Community Engagement: Engage followers with regular company updates, respond to comments on social media in a timely manner, and create brand awareness to gain audience attention.

6. Paid Social Media Campaigns: Create and manage paid social media campaigns for advertising.

7. Collaboration: Work with colleagues across marketing departments to ensure consistent branding.

8. Analytics and Trends: Analyze social media trends and stay up-to-date with the latest social media advertising efforts and goals.

9. Task Management: Complete tasks assigned by the Manager accurately and efficiently, and organize employee schedules.

10. Marketing and Promotional Activities: Create marketing and promotional activities, and organize digital campaigns for the company and its brands.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in social media marketing or a related field
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and their respective audiences
• Excellent content creation and writing skills
• Ability to analyze social media metrics and adjust strategies accordingly
• Strong communication and project management skills
