We’re a small team that moves fast, creates a lot, and pushes culture forward and we’re looking for a Social Media Executives & Manager to join us. This role isn’t just about managing pages. It’s about creating and pumping out content with our internal team , scaling ideas into execution, and making brands impossible to ignore online. What You’ll Do Content Strategy & Creation → Plan, write, curate, and publish content across Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, and more. Hands-on Content Making → Be camera-friendly, shoot on phone when needed, and repurpose content smartly. Community Building → Engage with followers, track conversations, and manage online reputation. Trends & Culture → Spot trends, memes, and cultural moments that brands can tap into. Analytics & Growth → Track what’s working, map competition, and grow follower bases aggressively. Collaboration → Work closely with designers, copywriters, video editors, and influencer teams to ship ideas fast. Execution → Own calendars, scheduling, and publishing — ensuring brand voices stay sharp, relevant, and consistent. What We’re Looking For 1–3 years of experience in social media management (agency/D2C preferred). Solid understanding of platform trends, formats, and algorithms. Strong writing skills + ability to switch tone for different brands. Creative thinker who loves pop culture, memes, and internet-first storytelling. Organised + proactive — you can handle pressure while staying detail-oriented. Comfort with analytics + reporting. Bonus: experience with beauty, fashion, or lifestyle brands. Why Join DSC?
