Varnam Creative House is a digital marketing agency specializing in healthcare branding and growth solutions. We craft customized strategies for healthcare professionals and businesses, helping them establish a strong digital presence and gain industry recognition. Our services include social media management, content marketing, web analytics, and brand strategy, ensuring our clients stay ahead in a competitive market.


We are looking for a creative and results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to manage and enhance our clients' online presence. The ideal candidate will have expertise in social media marketing, digital campaigns, content strategy, and analytics. This role requires hands-on execution of marketing strategies, collaboration with clients, and on-site visits for content creation.


🕒 Working Days & Timings: Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM

💰 CTC: ₹3.2 – ₹4 LPA

📍 Location: Manikonda, Hyderabad


Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute social media marketing strategies across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
  • Plan and implement digital marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness and engagement.
  • Analyze web traffic, campaign performance, and social media insights using analytics tools.
  • Create compelling content, including graphics, videos, and written posts, to engage the audience.
  • Manage online reputation and communication with clients to optimize brand visibility.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and emerging digital marketing tools.
  • Travel to client locations for shoots, meetings, and content production as needed.


Qualifications

  • 1–3 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in the healthcare or wellness industry.
  • Proficiency in social media marketing, web analytics, and online marketing tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, SEO tools).
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Hands-on experience in graphic design tools (Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator) is a plus.
  • A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field is preferred.
  • Willingness to travel for client shoots and meetings.
