Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute creative, data-driven social media strategies.
Plan monthly content calendars across Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and other platforms.
Oversee content creation, including reels, stories, carousels, and videos.
Analyze performance metrics and optimize content for better engagement.
Lead paid campaigns in collaboration with the performance team.
Coordinate with design, marketing, and content teams to align brand messaging.
Engage with our online community and build lasting relationships.

Requirements:

3–5 years of proven experience managing social media for a brand or agency.
Excellent communication, leadership, and strategic planning skills.
Strong knowledge of platform algorithms and content trends.
Experience with tools like Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, Buffer, Canva, etc.
Bonus if you’ve worked with real estate, tech, or lifestyle brands.
