Social Media Marketing Manager – Jewellery

Job Summary:

We are seeking a creative and result-driven Social Media Marketing Manager to oversee our jewellery brand’s online presence. The role involves developing effective social media strategies, creating engaging content, managing campaigns, and building brand visibility across platforms to drive sales and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement social media strategies to promote jewellery collections and brand identity.
  • Manage brand presence across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, YouTube and emerging platforms.
  • Plan, create, and post high-quality, visually appealing content (photos, reels, videos, stories, and blogs) tailored to the jewellery industry.
  • Collaborate with designers, photographers, and influencers to create engaging campaigns.
  • Monitor social media trends, competitor activities, and jewellery market insights to stay ahead.
  • Manage paid campaigns (Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, and Google Ads) to increase reach, leads, and conversions.
  • Track, analyse, and report performance metrics (engagement, traffic, sales conversions) to management.
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries, comments, and reviews to enhance customer engagement.
  • Work closely with the sales and marketing team to align online campaigns with seasonal offers, exhibitions, and new product launches.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Proven experience (3–5 years) in social media marketing, preferably in the fashion or jewellery industry is a plus.
  • Strong creative skills in storytelling, photography, and video content creation.
  • Proficiency in social media tools, ad managers, and analytics platforms.
  • Knowledge of SEO, influencer marketing, and online reputation management.
  • Excellent communication and copywriting skills.
  • Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.

Job Type: Full-time
